Those belong in a library: review checklists, refactor instructions, commit message formats, planning prompts. Save them once, then copy the one you want. Paths let you bookmark a folder or file and drop its path straight into a prompt, so you are not retyping directories.

Three things matter more than any particular folder scheme: the prompts have to be searchable, they have to be one action away from the clipboard, and editing one must not silently lose the version that was working.
